ISE ADME-HRAP Special Talk Session for supporting academic knowledge-sharing On November 22, 2022, Automotive Design and Manufacturing Engineering (ADME) program by Introduction to Automotive Engineering Course invited an honorable guest speaker representative from Honda R&D Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. (HRAP) for knowledge sharing and university and industry joint power link us together. This year we went so far as to bring design simulations like the Clay Model and VR from the real world of design to our classroom, in which every student has the experience to try to understand how to integrate the working functionality of car design and engineering to build the car. Moreover, we created particular topics and content for ADME students to get exclusive insight from the well-known workplace like HRAP: Automotive Industry Trend & Product Planning, Styling Design in Automotive Development Process, Engineering Design, Problems solving, and Production process. Hopefully, we can be corporate to build knowledge based between industry and university, and Honda R&D Asia Pacific Co., Ltd will keep R&D in Thailand along the road infinitely. AUN/SEED-Net Monitoring Visit of Fiscal Year 2020 at Chula Engineering
On Thursday 29, October 2020, AUN/SEED-Net and ISE organized the monitoring session for graduate program scholarship students of Fiscal Year 2020. Currently, Chula Engineering has 13 graduate students studying in 4 major fields, namely, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, and Environmental Engineering. They are originally from Cambodia, Philippines, Lao, Myanmar, and Vietnam. There were nearly 20 participants which consisted of associate dean of Faculty of Engineering, deputy director of ISE, advisers, ISE staff, and scholarship students. The main purpose of the monitoring session was to assess their study and research progress and update the financial regulations of collaborative research programs. In addition, there was information related to the opportunities for AUN/SEED-Net alumni network and available financial resources for the networking and career enhancement after graduation.
