4th Year Nano-Engineering Students Presented the Senior Project at the IEEE BioSensors 2023
Congratulations to Jade Udomkittivorakul and Noppasin Ajchareeyasoontorn, 4th year Nano-Engineering students working under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Charusluk Viphavakit (ISE), and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jenyuk Lohwacharin (Environmental Department). Their work entitled “A Low-Cost Gold-Coated Optical Fibre Sensor for In-Situ Microplastic Detection in Water” was accepted to present at the IEEE BioSensors 2023 in London, United Kingdom between 30 June – 1 August 2023.

ISE Nano-Engineering Students Participated in the Internship Program at Institute of Biomaterials and Bioengineering (IBB).
This international internship program is the collaboration between Nano-Engineering program and Institute of Biomaterials and Bioengineering (IBB), Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU). This year TMDU has accepted 11 Nano-Engineering students from International School of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University to do the internship during summer semester. On July 14th, Asst. Prof. Dr. Charusluk Viphavakit, Head of Nano-Engineering Program, visited the TMDU and gave a talk on "Optical Fiber Sensor for Non-Invasive Disease Screening", for the 253rd IBB Seminar. We would like to express our gratitude to the Institute of Biomaterials and Bioengineering (IBB) for supporting our students all along. 11 engineering students who were accepted by Institute of Biomaterials Engineering for the internship program. 1. NANO-Engineering Alumni's Work Got Accepted to Present at the Optical Sensing Congress 2023
Congratulations to Mintra Leelasirinuwong, Phebe Denkasineecharoen, and Pin Yungyuentrrakoon, NANO-Engineering alumni working under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Charusluk Viphavakit. Their work entitled “Molecular Imprinted Polymer Based Optical Sensor for Methanol Vapor Detection” got accepted to present at the Optical Sensing Congress 2023 at Munich, Germany.
