  • Application Requirements
    Academic Year 2024
    • 1.1 Applicants must have completed high school, passed an equivalent high school standard test, or be currently in their final year of high school (Grade 12 in the US system or year 13 in the British system).
    • 1.2 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following English Proficiency tests:

        • TOEFL (Internet-based)              not lower than 80   
        • or 
        • IELTS                                          not lower than 6.0

        • CU-TEP                                       not lower than 80

    Applicants who graduated from International Accredited Schools in Thailand or studied abroad in which English is a primary language of instructions for at least 2 academic year. Applicants will need to provide official confirmation from the institution where they completed their degree that the medium of instruction was in English. The certificate of the English curriculum will be equivalent to passing score

        • SAT (Math)                                                 not lower than 620

        • IB (Mathematics) HL                                    not lower than 6

      • 1.2.3 Applicants must achieve the prescribed minimum score in any one of the following Science Proficiency tests: 
        • CU-ATS                                                                    not lower than 800
        • or
        • A Level (Physics and Chemistry)                             not lower than B (each) 
        • or
        • A Level (Physics and Chemistry) Predicted Grade  not lower than A (each) 
        • or
        • IB (Physics and Chemistry) HL                                 not lower than 6 (each) 
        • or
        • IB (Physics and Chemistry) HL  Predicted Grade    not lower than 6 (each) 
        • or
        • ACT (Science)                                                          not lower than 25
        • or
        • AP Chemistry and AP Physics (1 or C)                  not lower than 4 (each) 
       

    *College code for submitting SAT I and SAT II scores is 6806 – CHULALONGKORN U INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING


    The official score report of the tests in 1.2 is valid only when the tests were taken not more than two years of the application deadline.

  • How to Apply
    1. Complete the application form at
    ISE Online Admission 2024/1:     https://admission.ise.eng.chula.ac.th

    2. Scan and upload the pdf files of certified copies of required documents through https://admission.ise.eng.chula.ac.th

    3. Validate the form data click “save” then “submit” the form (the applicant cannot make any change after the form has been submitted).

    4. Transfer a non-refundable application fee of 1,000 baht to Siam Commercial Bank,  Account number 045-291244-7 (Account name: Educational Fund, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University). Please upload the receipt for registration fee (1000 baht) on the application website http://www.ise.eng.chula.ac.th

    Test Score Selection Criteria
    The Faculty of Engineering (International Program) will evaluate the applicants who are eligible for program selection based on the criteria and required documents. Applicants must pass the interview conducted in English arranged by the Bachelor of Engineering (International Program), Faculty of Engineering. The weight assigned to each requirement is as follows:
    • Accumulated GPA (GPAX)                                     7.5 %
    • English Proficiency Test Scores                             20 %
    • Mathematics Proficiency Test Scores                    32.5 %
    • Science Proficiency Test Scores                            40 %
    • Interview                                                                 Pass/Fail
     
    Portfolio Selection Criteria
    The Faculty of Engineering (International Program) will evaluate the applicants who are eligible for program selection based on the criteria and required documents. Applicants must pass the interview conducted in English arranged by the Bachelor of Engineering (International Program), Faculty of Engineering. The weight assigned to each requirement is as follows:
    • Accumulated GPA (GPAX)                                      30 %
    • English Proficiency Test Scores                              20 %
    • Portfolio                                                                   35 %
    • Interview                                                                  15 %
  • Scholarship Offered

    "ISE100 Scholarship" and "ISE50 Scholarship" will be given to top score applicants admitted to ISE in both
    Early Admission Round and Admission Round.

    A: แนะนำให้กดส่งจาก College board ได้เลย ไม่ต้องรอเปิดรับสมัคร เนื่องจากการส่งคะแนนใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 วัน

    Q: นักเรียนที่ไปแลกเปลี่ยน เกรดที่โรงเรียนมีไม่ครบทุกเทอมสามารถสมัครได้หรือไม่?
    A: กรณีที่ไปแลกเปลี่ยนแล้วทางโรงเรียนรวมเกรดที่ไปแลกเปลี่ยนกับเกรดที่โรงเรียนมาใน transcript ใน scale 4.0 สามารถยื่นคะแนนนั้นได้เลย แต่ถ้ายังไม่ได้รวมมาสามารถนำไปเทียบเกรดที่ศูนย์ทดสอบทางวิชาการแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย*

    Q: Portfolio ต้องทำเป็นรูปเล่มส่งหรือไม่?
    A: สำหรับ Portfolio ไม่ต้องทำและไม่ต้องส่งเป็นรูปเล่ม แต่ใช้เป็น E-Portfolio และอัพโหลดไฟล์ในแต่ละส่วนบนเว็บไซต์ที่รับสมัคร
    Q: E-Portfolio สามารถทำเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้หรือไม่?
    A: สำหรับ E-Portfolio ต้องทำเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ส่วนหลักฐานเกียรติบัตร สามารถเป็นภาษาไทยตามที่หน่วยงานจัดแข่งขันออกให้ หากเป็นภาษาอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ ให้แปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
    Q: หลักฐานต่างๆที่อัพโหลดสามารถ เซ็นรับรองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้หรือไม่?
    A: สามารถเซ็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้
    Q: นักเรียนมีคะแนนสอบหลายอย่างเช่น หมวดวิทย์ มีทั้งคะแนน SAT และ CU-ATS สามารถยื่นเข้ามาทั้งหมดได้หรือไม่?
    A: สามารถยื่นคะแนนเข้ามาได้ทั้งหมด โดยคะแนนจะต้องมาจากการสอบหลังวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2564
    Q: ค่าเทอมนิสิต เทอมละกี่บาท？
    A: สำหรับนิสิตไทย ค่าเล่าเรียนเท่ากันทุกสาขา โดยจะแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ค่าเทอม 25,500 บาท และค่าธรรมเนียมพิเศษ 84,000 บาทรวมแล้วจะอยู่ที่ 109,500 บาท/เทอม
