Chula Engineering Celebrates AerCap Scholarship Awards 2024 Chula Engineering Celebrates AerCap Scholarship Awards 2024 Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Engineering proudly hosted the prestigious AerCap Scholarship Awards Ceremony on 5 September 2024. The event recognized ten outstanding aerospace engineering students for their academic excellence and promising futures in the aerospace industry. The ceremony was graced by Mr. Joe Millar, Vice President and Head of Technical Asia Pacific at AerCap, alongside distinguished faculty members. Mr. Millar presented the scholarship certificates, a testament to AerCap’s unwavering commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders in aviation. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Witaya Wannasuphoprasit, Dean of Chula Engineering, expressed profound gratitude to AerCap, highlighting the long-standing partnership that began in 2021. He emphasized how this collaboration has significantly enriched the academic and professional trajectories of Chula’s students. The scholarship recipients also shared heartfelt thanks, emphasizing the life-changing impact of AerCap’s support. The AerCap Scholarship is fully funded, covering all tuition and program fees until graduation. It also offers the students the opportunity to participate in an internship and research projects with AerCap.
