Mr. Thanakorn Sappakit, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Engineering student, has presented his paper entitled “Oocyte Microscopic Image Fertilization Prediction based on First Polar Body Morphology using YOLOv8” at the 46th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBC 2024), in Orlando, Florida, USA, during July 15 – 19, 2024. EMBC is the annual flagship conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS).

This work is co-authored by Mr. Krittapat Onthuam (graduate student from Université de Toulon, France & ISE alumni), Mr. Tinapat Limsila (Robotics-AI), Assoc. Prof. Ronnapee Chaichaowarat, Ph.D. (ISE), and Asst. Prof. Chanakarn Suebthawinkul, M.D., M.Sc.
